In 2026, Warden Law Firm and Ludwig Law Firm joined together to form Ludwig Warden PLC, combining their experience and resources to build a highly respected criminal defense and trial practice serving clients throughout Arkansas.
Based in Little Rock, Harry Warden is an Arkansas criminal defense and trial attorney with Ludwig Warden PLC representing clients in serious felony and misdemeanor cases, DWI matters, federal criminal cases, and other complex criminal proceedings.
Harry is licensed to practice law in Arkansas, Oklahoma, and Texas and represents clients in both state and federal courts. His practice includes serious felony and misdemeanor criminal matters, DWI defense, real estate and property disputes, landlord representation, and other contested civil matters.
